HALF-MOONS

 

 

Mix 16dag of raw butter with 4 yolks and 20dag of sugar and let it rise. Make a hard cream from 4 eggwhites. Put it on the mixture and mix it together along with 20dag of flour, vanilla sugar and lemon juice. Put the mixture on the baking tin and shape cookies into half-moons. Bake them and when they're done cover them with icing sugar.
