HUZARNI KRAPI

 

Chop 14 dag of raw butter, add 25dag of white flour, 7dag of sugar, 2 yolks and some lemon peel. Mix it into dough and let it rest for a while. Then make smal balls from the dough. Soak them into beaten eggwhites and put some chopped walnuts on them. Place the balls on to an oiled baking tin. When they are baked fill them with marmelade.
