GREAVES CAKE

Dough:

80dag of flour

1/2 l of milk

2 eggs

3 dag of yeast

grease

salt

 

Stuffing: 1/2 kg of greaves, 2 eggs, a bit of cream and sugar.

Make the dough and let it rise. Then spread it and put on the stuffing. Roll it and let it rise again. In the end cover it with a beaten egg and bake it. Serve it warm!
