Dough:

60dag of flour

25dag of sugar

3 eggs

10dag of boiled honey

10dag of grease

lemon juice

cinnamon

one spoonful of baking soda

Mix the dough from listed igredients and let it rest. Then spread it into 1cm thick layer and cut it to different shapes with baking models. Can also sprinkle them with a beaten egg or with beaten eggwhites. Or you can put a peace of a wallnut in the middle of each piece. Place them onto the baking tin and bake them in a hot oven.
