Ingredients for the dough:

35dag of flour

4 eggwhites

20dag of grease

20dag of sugar

 

First spread the dough onto a baking tin. Then put on some apricot marmelade and a mixture of:

15dag of wallnuts

15dag of sugar mixed with flour and 4 eggwhites

When baked, cut it into pieces.
