4 eggwhites

25dag of icing sugar

20dag of walnuts

15dag of flour

Beat the eggwhites into hard cream and slowly add sugar. When the cream is done add flour and walnuts. Mix everything again and make small balls which you put on to a greased baking tin. Bake them in the oven.
