KLAHEL SOUP
First cook a piece of a pig's head or leg in salted water. Then add some carrots, parsley, a spring rosemary, lemon and some green pepper. When the meat is cooked, remove the bones and cut the meat into pieces. Then mix 3-4 spoons of flour, 1/4 l water and some vinegar and bring it to boiling. Pour the mixture into the soup and stir while boiling for about 10 minutes.
Then add the meat and serve with some sliced black bread.
