ICT Workshop with Italy
(IKT delavnica z Italijo)

Helping young people get to know Europe better is one of our priorities as educators. This Spring Day workshop led by Diana Renko and Barbara Zorec, began as a research project between our school and the Italian school, IIS Carlo Urbani Rome-Italy. At each school a group of students researched five famous clocks in their country using the Internet. Posters of their work were displayed on Spring Day and a PPT presentation was exchanged between the schools. Websites were created at both schools and linked to one another. We took this one step further. Pupils added time proverbs to the site and we invited other countries to join in the project as well.
