ICT Workshop with Greece
(IKT delavnica z Grčijo)

Pupils in this workshop did research about the countries devastated by the tsunami. It was our contribution to solidarity. Pupils and mentors (Jelka Čeligoj and Janez Vičič) chose Sri Lanka. They searched the Internet for information about the country as it was before the disaster struck. They made a poster full of pictures and texts and displayed it in the school auditorium. They then prepared a package for their peers in Sri Lanka, which contained school supplies, tourist information, pictures and small souvenirs about Slovenia and some sweets. A similar package was prepared at the partner school in Athens, Greece and both were sent to southeast Asia through Caritas.
