Art teacher and librarian on a teacher exchange at Primary School Maria Bambina, Malta

Art teacher, Mariza Golle and school librarian, Mirjam Francetič visited Primary School Maria Bambina in Melieha, Malta from 4th to 11th November, 2005. There they prepared and lead art workshops for the pupils and presented our country Slovenia and our school to the pupils and school staff. Using salted dough they taught the pupils how to mould Slovenian national motifs. These were then displayed at the school for the wider public. Both teachers and pupils were very enthusiastic to learn about Slovenia and our natural as well as tourist sights.
During their visit in Malta both Mariza and Mirjam gained new experience in the teaching methods used by maltese teachers and had the opportunity to practise their English.
