The Project brings an awareness of the differences in cultures and the beauty of different cultures, to each of the participating schools. At the same time it teaches students tolerance and encourages the acceptance of differences which can often cause problems among young people. This co-operation raises the students' awareness of different views and ideas in different cultures, increases their general knowledge and teaches them to better understand and accept the views of others.
Our Project is based on three themes : Roots, Discrimination, and Working together for a better Tomorrow. We will work on a different theme each year.
The co-ordinators of the Project are in constant contact with each other either via e-mail or telephone, as communication is the key to a successful project.
