 1. Type of the forests in Slovenia
Sub Mediterranean forest that passes on to Dinara forest and Alpine forest.
  1. In Sub Mediterranean forest we find these trees:
    - oak, Graden - Quercus petraea
    - hornbeam, white beech, Carpinus betulus
  2. In Dinara forest we find:
    - Fir-tree, Abies alba
    - beech-tree, Fagus silvatica
  3. In Alpine forests we find:
    -     spruce-fir, Picea excelsa
    - beech-tree, Fagus silvatica

Some of the mammals are almost extinct ( field hares, mice) and some of the birds ( pheasant, eagle, owl) because of the noise and the use of the pesticides…

 3. What are the examples of forest hazard?

Mushrooming is limited to 1.5 kg but in general people don't obey it
Collecting herbs and

New types of animals are coming to our place like: ducks, grey herons, cormorants, river-gull.
Cutting down trees without the formal permission is also one of the hazards in our forests.
